The 75th Republic Day of India was solemnly observed at The Global Open University (Nagaland) through a ceremony held on its campus. Dr. H. N. Dutta, the university’s Vice Chancellor, presided over the flag hoisting and delivered a significant address emphasizing the day’s historic importance.

Dr. Dutta highlighted Republic Day as a tribute to the adoption of the Indian Constitution, emphasizing its enduring values of democracy, liberty, and justice. Furthermore, Dr. Roopam Bachhil, the Registrar, elaborated on the crucial role of discipline in shaping the Constitution’s framework.
