Objective : The two years Diploma in Industrial Drug Science conducted by The Global Open University, Nagaland has been designed for meeting the demand of the growing needs of experts in the fields of pharmaceutical sciences, drug science, drug manufacturing, physical and analytical chemistry, medicinal chemistry, process development and quality control etc.
Eligibility : 10 (Secondary School Certificate) Duration : Two years

Careers in industrial drug science
Drug manufacturing is a very technical and quality related issued where the technicians and supervisors need expert knowledge of drug related policies besides industrial management, pharmaceutical engineering, drug safety and drug design. Students coming out after completing Diploma in Industrial Drug Science are preferred over others in pharmaceutical and bulk drug manufacturing industries.
Total Fee : Rs. 18,150
Accordingly, the Application Form duly filled-in along with four stamp size photographs, copies of certificates and mark sheets and a Bank Draft for the full fee i.e. Rs. 18,150 in the name of “The Global Open University, Nagalan” payable at Dimapur must reach the Admissions Officer, The Global Open University, Sodzulhou Village, P.O. – ARTC, NH-39, Dimapur – 797115 Nagaland by registered / speed post only.
Examination Fee : A fee of Rs. 300 per paper is to be paid before appearing in the Semester/Annual Examinations to be held at different Examination Centers within the State of Nagaland (Dimapur, Kohima, Wokha).
Study Materials : The Identity Card and the Set of Study Materials will be despatched to the admitted students within a month from the date of receipt of completed applications along with other documents.
Assignments : All admitted participants must submit subjective assignments based on the Mini Project Reports to be prepared by them on a topic related to each of the subjects.
