Post Graduate Diploma in Nutritional Healing

Objective : The one and a half years Post Graduate Diploma in Nutritional Healing (PGDNH) conducted at the School of Oriental Medicine (SOM), The Global Open University Nagaland has been designed for meeting the demand of the growing needs of experts in the fields of Nutrition, Dietetics, Natural Food Management, Diet and Wellness.

Eligibility : Graduation / Diploma in Naturopathy and Yoga Duration : 1 years

Award : Post Graduate Diploma in Nutritiional Healing shall be awarded to all the successful candidates by The Global Open University, Nagaland. They will also be eligible for lateral entry admission to higher Master’s Degree programmes at The Global Open University, Nagaland.

Nutrition, Diet and Wellness
Herbs and Natural Food Supplements
Principles of other Systems of Medicine

 

Second Semester
Diets, Disorders and Treatments
Practice of Nutritional Healing
Chronic Disease Diagnosis
Scope & Limitations of Nutritional Healing
Medical Ethics and Laws

Total Fee : Rs. 20,150

Accordingly, the Application Form duly filled-in along with four stamp size photographs, copies of certificates and mark sheets and a Bank Draft for the full fee i.e. Rs. 20,150 in the name of “The Global Open University, Nagaland” payable at Dimapur must reach the Admissions Officer, The Global Open University Nagaland, Sodzulhou and Kozabe, P.O.- ARTC NH-29, Dimapur-Kohima Road, Chümoukedima – 797115, Nagaland by speed post only.

Examination Fee : A fee of Rs. 300 per paper is to be paid before appearing in the Annual Examinations to be held at different Examination Centers within the State of Nagaland (Dimapur, Kohima, Wokha).

Assignments : All admitted participants must submit subject wise assignments based on the Mini Project Reports to be prepared by them on a topic related to each of the subjects.
